Yummy banana muffins that turn out very lush and moist
To quickly prepare a dessert for tea, you don't need to stand at the stove for half a day. It is enough to have a few simple ingredients. In just a few minutes, your table will be decorated with delicious banana muffins. They are very fluffy, moderately sweet and moist.
Food blogger Julia Vilich (julia_vilich_food_blog) shared a recipe for banana muffins on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- sugar - 110 g
- vanilla sugar - 1 sachet
- melted butter - 120 g
- flour - 160 g
- baking powder - 1 tsp.
- bananas - 200 g
- chocolate - 15 g
Method of preparation:
1. Beat eggs at room temperature with sugar and vanilla sugar for 7 minutes until a fluffy light mass is formed.
2. Add melted butter at room temperature. Mix with a spatula.
3. Add sifted flour and baking powder. Mix with a spatula.
4. Mash bananas with a fork to puree. Add to the batter.
5. Grate chocolate on a fine grater. Add to the batter.
6. Fill the molds with batter. Sprinkle the muffins with sugar on top for a crispy crust. Bake in a preheated 180 °C oven for 23-25 minutes.
