Instead of preparing oatmeal for breakfast in the form of porridge, make pancakes out of it. It will be not only very healthy, but also delicious. Especially if you add apples.

The idea of making oatmeal-apple pancakes for breakfast was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Valeria Demchuk (mrs.demenchuk). The products are very fluffy and golden.

Ingredients:

  • oatmeal - 100 g
  • milk - 250 ml
  • apple - 1 pc
  • flour - 110 g (you may need more or less)
  • eggs - 2 pcs
  • sugar - 2-3 tbsp (to taste)
  • butter - 30 g
  • baking powder - 8 g
  • vanilla / vanilla sugar - to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Soak the oatmeal in milk at room temperature for 15 minutes.

2. Cut the apple into small cubes.

3. Gradually add and mix after each ingredient: eggs, sugar, vanilla, melted butter, sifted flour with baking powder, and an apple cut into small cubes.

4. The consistency should be like thick sour cream; if it is too thin, add more flour.

5. Fry on a well-heated dry non-stick frying pan on both sides until cooked.
