Beetrootsalads can be eaten every day if you are not allergic to this vegetable. In addition, beets go well with all vegetables, sausage, meat, legumes, onions, garlic, and herring.
The FoodOboz editorial team shares a recipe for a delicious beetroot salad with boiled eggs, potatoes, and hard cheese.
Ingredients:
- Smoked chicken - 300 g
- Eggs - 3 pcs.
- Boiled beets - 2 pcs.
- Potatoes (boiled) - 2 pcs.
- Carrots (boiled) - 1 pc.
- Hard cheese - 100 g
- Garlic - 2 cloves.
- Mayonnaise
- Salt to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Boil the beets, grate, add grated garlic, mayonnaise and mix.
2. Remove the smoked chicken from the bone, remove the skin, and cut into medium cubes. Place the chopped chicken on the bottom of the plate. Make a mayonnaise grid. Put the grated potatoes in the second layer of the salad and lightly coat with mayonnaise. Next, put carrots, mayonnaise, grated cheese, boiled eggs with mayonnaise. And the last layer is beetroot. Let the prepared salad stand in the refrigerator, so it will be tastier and juicier.
