Cottage cheese casserole is an ideal breakfast dish, and it can also be a great alternative to any dessert. For an original taste, add bananas, chocolate, and nuts to the base.

Ingredients:
Banana layer:
- bananas - 2 pcs.
- cocoa - 35 g
- sugar - 50 g (can be less)
- egg - 1 pc.
- semolina - 50 g
The cheese layer:
- cottage cheese - 400-450 g
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- sugar - 60-80 g
- semolina - 45 g
- milk - 50 ml
Method of preparation:
1. For the banana layer: mash the bananas in a blender or mash with a fork. Add cocoa, sugar, eggs and semolina. Blend until smooth.
2. Cottage cheese layer: mix cottage cheese with eggs, sugar, semolina and milk. Blend everything with a blender.
3. Grease a baking dish with oil. Pour in the banana layer and then spoon on the cheese layer. Bake for 30-40 minutes at 180 C.
Let the casserole cool completely and cut into portions!
