The idea of making safe mayonnaise with boiled egg yolks was published on the Instagram page of a food blogger with the nickname mrs.demenchuk.
Ingredients:
- hard-boiled egg yolks - 4 pcs.
- milk - 120 ml
- oil - 360 ml
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- sugar - 1.5 tsp
- mustard - 1.5 tsp
- lemon juice - 2 tbsp
Method of preparation:
1. Pour salt, sugar, milk and oil into a mixing bowl.
2. Lower the immersion blender to the bottom of the dish and start whipping, gradually lifting and lowering.
3. It is important to whisk properly. The mayonnaise mass thickens literally immediately.
4. Mash the egg yolks with lemon juice and mustard with a fork, add to the mayonnaise mixture and beat thoroughly with a blender.
5. Store mayonnaise in a sealed container for up to 5-6 days.
