Ingredients
- Pita bread
- Salad
- Chicken fillet
- Tomato
- Mozzarella
- Provencal herbs
- Paprika
- Salt
Ingredients for the sauce
- Yolk - 1 pc
- Garlic ½ clove
- Mustard seeds - 1 tsp.
- Olive oil ½ tbsp
- Salt
- Pepper
Method of preparation
1. Cut the chicken fillet into cubes, add salt, pepper, herbs of Provence and paprika. Fry in vegetable oil until cooked.
2. Mix all the ingredients for the sauce until smooth.
3. Put the sauce on the pita bread and lettuce leaves on it.
4. Put the chopped tomatoes and chicken fillet. Wrap the pita bread.
5. Put the pita bread on the grill or dry frying pan and fry until golden brown.
