A very common problem with making thin pancakes is that they tear apart. If this situation is familiar to you, use the following technique. Instead of using regular flour, you need to use starch to make the dough well-fried and intact.

The idea of making thin pancakes without flour was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Anastasia with the nickname healthydemure. They are also moderately sweet.

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 60 g of starch
  • 1 tbsp of sugar
  • a pinch of salt
  • a pinch of vanilla
  • 1/2 tbsp of oil (for batter)
  • 500 ml of milk

Method of preparation:

1. Combine all ingredients.

2. Make a homogeneous mass.

3. Grease a preheated frying pan with a little oil.

4. For 1 pancake, you need 1/2 ladle of batter.

5. Fry on both sides until golden brown.
