Yesterday's cold buckwheat doesn't inspire much of an appetite. But this porridge can be a great base for making a hearty dish on your own – delicious buckwheat pancakes. They can be a great alternative to cutlets.

The idea of making juicy buckwheat pancakes was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Svitlana with the nickname recepti_svitlana21.

Ingredients:

  • buckwheat – 300 g
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 g of minced meat
  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • salt, pepper, paprika, suneli hops
  • breadcrumbs

Method of preparation:

1. Beat buckwheat with eggs in a blender.

2. Add the minced meat.

3. Then fry the carrots and onions.

4. Add the spices.

5. Mix and form the patties.

6. Then roll in breadcrumbs.

7. Then fry in a little oil.
