Redfish is ideal for baking as it has a lot of meat and few bones. Tomatoes will add juiciness to the product.

Ingredients:

  • trout steak - 1 pc.
  • cherry tomatoes - 100 g
  • lemon - a quarter
  • rosemary - 2 sprigs
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp
  • salt - a pinch

Method of preparation:

1. Put cherry tomatoes, fish and rosemary in a baking dish.

2. Drizzle with lemon juice and place a few slices on top of the tomatoes.

3. Sprinkle with salt.

4. Drizzle with oil.

5. Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes under foil and another 10 minutes without foil.
