What to add to the minced meat for cutlets instead of bread to make them juicy: the perfect recipe
If you still add soaked bread to the minced meatballs, it's not surprising that the products turn out to be bruised and dry. It is much better to add a little semolina to the meat, as well as mayonnaise or sour cream. The cutlets will be juicy and fluffy.
The idea of making tender meatballs with sour cream and semolina was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Oksana Bilinska (oxana_bil). You can bake them in the oven, fry them in a frying pan, or use an air grill.
Ingredients:
- 800 g of boneless thigh fillet
- spices: pepper, smoked paprika, chicken seasoning
- 0.5 tsp of salt
- 1 egg
- 70 g of carrots (grated)
- 50 g of butter (soft)
- 2 tbsp sour cream/mayonnaise
- 1 onion (fry)
- 2 tbsp. semolina (or breadcrumbs)
Method of preparation:
1. Grind the meat into minced meat.
2. Add all the ingredients.
3. Stir a little.
4. Put in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.
5. Form the cutlets.
6. Dip in breadcrumbs and either fry in a pan or bake in a multicooker.
7. Serve with your favorite garnish.
