Anna, a food blogger with the nickname anna_love90, shared her tips on how to marinate meat to make the kebab golden on Instagram. This technique involves adding sugar to the marinade. It caramelizes during frying, making the meat soft and crispy on top.
Ingredients for the marinade:
- 4-5 large onions
- 2-3 tbsp. of olive oil
- 1 tbsp. of French mustard
- 1 tsp of sugar
- 1 tsp of salt
- juice of half a lemon
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- 1 tsp. of hops-suneli
- 1 tsp. of peppercorn mixture
Method of preparation:
1. Mix all the ingredients.
2. Cut the meat across the grain.
3. Chop the onion coarsely.
4. Mix the meat with the marinade and onions.
5. Mix well with your hands with massage movements.
6. Leave in the refrigerator for 1 day.
7. Fry on the grill.
