What to add to chicken cutlets to make them juicy: just two ingredients

The second half of summer is the time when almost all dishes are prepared with zucchini. This vegetable ripens in the gardens in huge quantities, and to prevent it from becoming unusable, housewives begin to cook a variety of dishes by adding zucchini to them.

Recently, food blogger Ruslana Babichenko posted a rather interesting recipe for cutlets on Instagram. To make them, she used zucchini, minced meat, carrots, and breadcrumbs.

Ingredients

  • Chicken minced meat - 500 gr
  • Carrot - 1 pc
  • Zucchini - 1 pc
  • Egg - 1 pc
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Oil

The way of cooking

1. Peel and grate the carrots on a fine grater.

2. Wash the zucchini and grate on a fine grater.

3. Mix the carrots, zucchini, eggs, salt, pepper, breadcrumbs, and minced meat until smooth.

4. Form the patties and roll them in breadcrumbs to keep their shape well.

5. Fry over medium heat until golden brown.
