What to add to chicken cutlets to make them juicy: a simple ingredient
Chicken meat is quite dietary and not fatty. Therefore, cutlets can turn out dry. To make them juicy, add one very simple ingredient to the frying mixture. And it's better to avoid bread, which is often used in cutlets.
The idea of making juicy chopped chicken cutlets was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Anna with the nickname filanna.cooking.
Ingredients:
- chicken fillet – 500 g
- eggs – 1 pc.
- yogurt or mayonnaise – 1 tbsp.
- flour – 1-2 tbsp
- salt, pepper, spices
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the chicken fillet into cubes.
2. Add salt, pepper, spices (you can use paprika and dry garlic), natural yogurt, or mayonnaise.
3. Stir and leave for 10 minutes.
4. Then add an egg. Stir to combine.
5. Add the flour. Stir to combine.
6. Fry on medium heat on both sides until golden brown.
7. Put the cutlets in a saucepan and cover with a lid. This will make them very juicy.
