Chicken cutlets are not only delicious, but also a dietary dish. But, as a rule, cutlets made from such meat are quite dry. To prevent this from happening, you need to add a few simple ingredients.
A food blogger with the nickname alinka_cookinggg knows what ingredients to add to prevent cutlets from being dry. On Instagram, she shared how to make chicken cutlets really juicy.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 1 kg
- Lard - 300 gr
- Onions - 3 pcs
- Cream 10% - 100 ml
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Oil
Method of preparation
1. Put the chicken, onion and bacon in a meat grinder and scroll through a fine mesh.
2. Add salt, pepper and cream to the minced meat. Mix well.
3. Form the cutlets. The minced meat should be quite liquid.
4. Pour a little oil into a frying pan and fry the patties on both sides until golden brown.
