Ingredients:

  • chicken liver - 600 g
  • onion - 1 pc. large
  • carrots - 1 pc. large
  • apple - 1 pc.
  • salt - 1 tsp.
  • pepper - 1/3 tsp (to taste)
  • butter - to taste (about 40-50 g)
  • cream - 150-170 ml

Method of preparation:

1. Bake the liver at 180 degrees for about an hour.

2. Put the washed chicken liver, onions, carrots and chopped apple in a baking dish.

3. Put butter on top.

4. Season with salt and pepper and cover with cream.

5. Put in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for an hour.

6. Cool the baked ingredients slightly.

7. Pour everything into a convenient container, beat with a blender. If you want a thicker sausage pate, drain a little liquid. Add more oil or salt if desired.

8. Transfer to a convenient container, cover with foil and put in the refrigerator. It turns out very tasty.
