Chicken meat is quite dietary and not fatty. Therefore, dishes made from it can be dry. For example, cutlets. So to make them juicy, add one very simple ingredient to the minced meat.
The idea of making juicy chicken cutlets was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Anna Kornienko (kornienko9993). According to this technique, sauerkraut should be added to the frying mass.
Ingredients:
- 500 g of minced chicken
- 500 g of sauerkraut
- 1 egg
- 1 onion
- 3 tbsp semolina
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- breadcrumbs
Method of preparation:
1. Drain the cabbage and finely chop the vegetable.
2. Add cabbage, finely chopped onion, egg, semolina and spices to the minced meat. Stir to combine.
3. Leave it for 20 minutes.
4. With wet hands, form the cutlets and roll them in breadcrumbs.
5. Fry in a preheated frying pan with vegetable oil, over low-medium heat under a lid.
