What a delicious dessert to make from carrots: very satisfying and healthy
Carrots are a great ingredient not only for soups and salads, but also an excellent base for delicious and healthy baked goods. The vegetable can be used to make a delicious sweet tea cake. The dough is quite juicy and moist. It is perfectly complemented by nuts.

Ingredients for the dough:
- 3 eggs
- 100 g of sugar
- 200 g of carrots
- 80 g of butter
- a quarter of a lemon
- 100 g of nuts
- baking powder - 10 g
- flour - 200 g
Ingredients for the cream:
- powdered sugar - 30 g
- 1 pack of cream cheese
Method of preparation:
1. Grate the carrots.
2. Mix all the ingredients for the dough, adding the flour last.
3. Bake at 160 degrees for 40-50 minutes. The dough should remain slightly moist inside.
4. For the cream, add the powdered sugar to the cream cheese and beat well with a mixer.
5. Cool the cake and spread with cream, sprinkle with nuts on top.
