Very fast and fluffy pizza dough: no sticking to your hands
It is very easy to make a crispy, thin, and tender pizza at home. The following dough variant is extremely simple and will not require much effort. And most importantly, the mass is quickly kneaded and does not stick to your hands when forming the base.
The idea of making a very quick dough for a fluffy homemade pizza was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Valeriia Demchuk (mrs.demenchuk).
Ingredients:
- flour – 400 g
- warm water – 230 ml
- yeast – 8 g
- vegetable oil – 3 tbsp
- salt – 0.5 tsp
- sugar – 2 tbsp
Method of preparation:
1. Pour yeast into warm water, stir well, add sugar and salt, and stir well again.
2. Sift the flour into a bowl, but not all of it, leave some aside.
3. Pour the dough into the dough and start kneading with a spoon.
4. Add the oil, mix, then add the remaining flour and knead by hand.
5. Cover and leave for 40-60 minutes (or longer) in a warm place.
6. Then roll out the dough and experiment with the filling to your taste.
