Traditional Indian appetizer panipuri
Panipuri is a traditional Indian appetizer. It is mostly street food, in the form of balls with a variety of fillings. This dish is made from a special semolina dough. The technology is quite simple, and the taste is very crispy and spicy, so Ukrainians may also like this culinary creation.

Ingredients for the dough:
- semolina - 200 g
- flour - 40 g
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- hot water - 125 ml

- shrimp - 300 g
- tomato - 250 g
- salt
Ready-made dough
- black pepper
- basil - 1/3 tsp.
- olive oil - 1 tbsp.

Method of preparation:
1. Knead the dough until smooth and leave it under the film at room temperature for 20 minutes.
