Ingredients:

  • pollock or hake - 2 pcs
  • onion - 2 pcs
  • egg - 1 pc
  • oatmeal - 4 tbsp
  • salt, pepper - to taste

For the batter:

  • breadcrumbs or corn grits

Method of preparation:

1. Remove all the bones from the fish. Pass it through a meat grinder, add chopped onion, egg, oatmeal, salt, pepper and mix. Leave it for 20 minutes.
