Cheese sauce is one of the most popular in the world for a reason. It has a wonderful rich flavor, aroma and amazing texture. Moreover, it tastes good with almost any dish and will make it more nutritious without interrupting the taste.

A food blogger with the nickname recepti_dariko shared her recipe for the perfect cheese sauce. On Instagram, she explained how to make a sauce in 10 minutes that will not leave you indifferent.

Ingredients

  • Toast cheese - 1 pack
  • Grated Parmesan cheese - 30 gr
  • Cream 20% - 200 ml
  • Butter - 10 g
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Spices to taste

How to cook

1.Pour cream into a heavy-bottomed saucepan. Add a package of toasted cheese. You can use any kind of toast cheese that you like.

2. Add grated Parmesan cheese. It can be replaced with grana padano.

3. Add salt, pepper and herbs of Provence to taste.

4. Put the pan on medium heat and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.

5. Cook until the sauce becomes a viscous but liquidy consistency. Add the butter.

6. When the butter has dissolved, pour the sauce into a storage container. The density of the sauce will change as it cools.
