One of the easiest ways to cook fish is to fry it. But during frying, fat from the pan can splatter onto various surfaces, and the product itself can burn. Therefore, to avoid such a situation, you should use this method.

Food blogger Lyubov Prymak (lyubaprima_1) shared her universal method of frying any fish on her Instagram page. The method is suitable for all varieties.

Ingredients:

  • wheat flour - 3 tbsp.
  • corn flour - 3 tbsp.
  • fish
  • salt, pepper
  • oil
  • water to moisten the fish

Method of preparation:

1. Put the fish pieces in a bag.

2. Add salt and pepper.

3. Leave the fish for about ten minutes in this form.

4. Mix two types of flour.

5. First, dust the fish pieces with flour.

6. Then put it in water, take it out to let the water run off.

7. Fry on both sides.
