Ingredients:
- mackerel - 2 pieces
- sugar - 80 g
- salt - 80 g
- water - 1 liter
- bay leaves - 2-3 pcs
- peppercorns - 10 pcs
- vinegar - 90 ml
- vegetable oil - 200+ ml

1. Put water with sugar, salt, vinegar, and spices on fire.
2. Bring to a boil.

3. Leave to cool.
4. Rinse the mackerel and cut into 2-3 cm pieces.

5. Put the mackerel in the chilled marinade for 5-6 hours or best overnight.
6. Then put the mackerel in a tray tightly and pour oil over.
