If you need to quickly make a hearty meal, chicken drumsticks are the perfect option. They contain a lot of meat and cook very quickly. You just need to marinate, bake, and choose your favorite garnish.
The idea of cooking juicy chicken drumsticks for lunch was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Kateryna Movchan (katarina_movchan). The meat is very juicy.
Ingredients:
- chicken legs – 1.3 kg.
- French mustard in grains – 3 tbsp.
- mayonnaise – 2 tbsp
- sour cream – 2 tbsp
- ketchup – 2 tbsp
- soy sauce – 2 tbsp
- salt and pepper – to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the chicken legs and put them in a bowl.
2. Add salt, pepper, soy sauce, ketchup, sour cream, mayonnaise and mustard.
3. Mix everything well.
4. Cover with foil/lid.
5. Put in the refrigerator to marinate for at least an hour.
6. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
7. Put the chicken legs in a baking dish
8. Put in the oven for +/- 1 hour and 20 minutes. Be guided by the readiness of the legs and their appearance, as ovens are different for everyone. The chicken should have an appetizing and golden brown crust, and when pierced, the juice should be completely clear.
