The most delicious champignons: a recipe everyone needs to know

Champignons are a wonderful product that can be used to prepare a wide variety of dishes. They are also good as a filling for any rolls, pies, and other products.

And today we bring to your attention a recipe that will make mushrooms just perfect. It was shared on Instagram by food blogger Alex Mil.

Ingredients:

  • Small champignons – 400 g
  • Onion – 120 g
  • Butter – 30 g
  • Oil – 15 ml
  • Lemon juice – 2 tsp.
  • Wine or apple cider vinegar – 2 tbsp.
  • Garlic – 6-7 cloves.
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Thyme
  • Dill – 1 bunch

Method of preparation:

1. Heat a frying pan over high heat. Pour in the oil and add the peeled mushrooms. Stir-fry for 5-6 minutes.

2. Cut the onion into halves and add to the mushrooms along with the chopped garlic. Fry for 3-4 minutes.

3. Reduce heat to medium, add lemon juice and vinegar. Stir and fry for another 3 minutes.

4. Add spices and chopped dill. Stir and fry for 2 minutes.
