This method of cooking potatoes will save you a lot of time. There is no need to peel the vegetables as you just need to wash and chop them well. Combine them with sour cream sauce and bacon in a frying pan and you will get a full-fledged hearty dish.

Ingredients:

  • potatoes - 8 pcs.
  • lard
  • sour cream
  • butter
  • dry garlic
  • Provence herbs
  • salt
  • pepper
  • mustard - 1 tsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Cut bacon into slices and fry until golden brown.

2. Boil potatoes and cut each into 4 pieces.

3. Put in the frying pan where the bacon was fried.

4. Fry until golden brown and add salt, pepper and butter.

5. Add spices and 1 tsp of mustard to sour cream. You can also add herbs.

6. Pour in sour cream and bring to a boil.

7. Put on a plate, sprinkle with fried bacon and, if desired, your favorite cheese.
