Ingredients:

• Tartlets
• Carrots
• Processed cheeses
• Egg yolks
• Garlic clove
• Mayonnaise

Method of preparation:

1. Boil carrots and eggs.

2. Grate carrots, processed cheeses, chicken yolks, and garlic on a fine grater. Season everything with mayonnaise.

3. Stuff the tartlets and garnish with caviar.
