Sugar-free homemade candies and baking in 10 minutes: made from bananas
Homemade sugar-free sweets are a safe substitute for store-bought sweets. They are based on fruits, dried fruits, nuts, and sometimes oatmeal or dark chocolate. They are convenient to make because you don't need to bake anything, and the whole process takes only 10 minutes.
Food blogger Tetiana Ivaniv (tanya.ivaniv) shared a recipe for healthy sugar-free and baking sweets on her Instagram page that can be made from banana and bread.
Ingredients:
- rice cakes
- banana - 1 pc
- peanut butter
- dark chocolate
Method of preparation:
1. Put the rice cakes, banana, and peanut butter in a blender bowl. Grind everything until smooth.
2. From the resulting mass to form balls. Leave them in the freezer for 5-10 minutes.
3. After that, melt the chocolate and pour it over the candies completely (this step can be done at will). Leave the candies in the freezer again until they are completely frozen.
