How to cook
1. Wash and peel mushrooms if necessary.
2. Remove stipes. You will not need them anymore. However, they can be used for cooking other dishes.
3. Put a large piece of cheese inside each mushroom.
4. Mix minced meat with your favorite spices, salt and pepper.
5. Put some minced meat on cheese, forming a cap.
