Ingredients
- ready-made puff pastry - 500 g
- fresh spinach - 75 gr
- hard cheese - 160 gr
- eggs - 2 pcs + 1 pc for greasing
- salt
- sesame seeds
The way of preparation
1. Combine fresh spinach with cheese in a deep bowl. If the spinach leaves are too large, you can cut them up.
2. Add salt and eggs and mix well.
3. Defrost the puff pastry. Roll it out lightly on a floured surface and divide into two parts.
4. Put the filling on one part of the dough and cover with the other part.
5. Make light cuts on the surface of the cake, brush with beaten egg, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
6. Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
