There is always a lot of baked meat and homemade sausage on the Easter table. As for pork brisket, it will be delicious if you boil it first and then marinate it in spices and garlic. The texture of the product will be very soft and juicy and will not dry out.

The idea of cooking homemade pork brisket in spices for Easter was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Alina with the nickname alin_withkitchen. Onion peel will give the meat a special flavor and piquancy.

Ingredients:

  • pork brisket – 700-800 g
  • salt – 4 tbsp.
  • peppercorns – 15 pcs.
  • allspice – 10 pcs.
  • bay leaves – 3-5 pcs.
  • onion peel
  • garlic – 3-4 pcs.
  • spices for lard – 2 tsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Put the brisket in a saucepan.

2. Add salt, pepper, onion scales and cover with water.

3. Put on the fire, bring to a boil, and simmer for 30 minutes.

4. Turn off and cool completely in the same water in which the meat was cooked.

5. Remove, and dry with napkins.

6. Add chopped garlic, sprinkle with spices for lard, and crush well with your hands.

7. Add the chopped parsley.

8. Wrap in foil.

9. Put in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
