Ingredients:
- beets (raw) - 500 g.
- vinegar - 2-3 tbsp (focus on your taste).
- salt - 0.5 tsp.
- sugar - 1 tsp.
- vegetable oil - 100 g.
- garlic - 2-3 cloves.
- ground black pepper - 0.5 tsp.
- ground red pepper - 0.5 tsp.

1. The beets must be firm, otherwise they will be difficult to grate.
2. Peel, rinse, dry, grate the vegetable on a Korean grater.
3. Add vinegar, salt, sugar to the beets.
