Chicken cutlets often turn out dry because the meat is dietary and lean. Therefore, it is worth adding some ingredients for juiciness and better flavor. Butter is ideal for this purpose.

The idea of cooking juicy chicken cutlets with butter was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Polina with the nickname polli_cooking. The perfect addition to any porridge or potatoes.

Ingredients:

  • 600 g. minced chicken fillet
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 20 g. soft butter
  • 60 g. hard cheese
  • 2 tbsp of breadcrumbs
  • salt and pepper

Method of preparation:

1. Chop the garlic, onion and carrot in a blender bowl or grate.

2. Put the vegetables into the minced meat and add all the other ingredients. The butter should be soft and the cheese grated.

3. Mix everything well until smooth.

4. Add oil to the frying pan and heat well.

5. Form small patties with wet hands.

6. Fry over low heat until golden brown.
