Instead of syrnyky, which often fall apart and stick to the pan, you can make ordinary pancakes. The dough is made with kefir. It makes the mass fluffy, and you can fry products from it very quickly.

Ingredients:

  • cottage cheese - from 5% 200 g
  • sugar - 1-2 tbsp
  • vanilla sugar - 1 tsp.
  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • kefir - 200 g
  • berries - to taste
  • flour - 130-140 g
  • baking powder - 5 g

Method of preparation:

1. Combine cottage cheese with sugar and vanilla sugar.

2. Add kefir.

3. Add berries.

4. Mix everything.

5. Add sifted flour and baking powder and mix. The dough should not be runny.

6. Fry in a pan on both sides until golden brown.
