Secrets of a delicious green borscht: a perfect dish for lunch

One of the best first courses for lunch is green borscht. To make it rich and not too fatty, use chicken. Bulgur is a great choice for cereals.
The idea of cooking a rich green borscht for lunch was published on the Instagram page of nutritionist Uliana Naumenko (ulichka_naumenko). The dish is very nutritious.
Ingredients:
- boiling water - 400 ml
- chicken thigh meat - 250 g (raw)
- bulgur - 2 tbsp (40 g dry)
- onion - 50 g
- carrots - 50 g
- sorrel (or spinach) - 50 g
- green onions - 20 g
- boiled egg - 1 pc
- favorite seasonings
- olive oil - 1 tsp
- sour cream - 2 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Add meat to boiling water, drain the first broth and cook the second one.
2. Fry chopped onion and grated carrot in olive oil.
3. Transfer to boiling water.
4. Add bulgur.
5. Cook for 15 minutes and add sorrel, green onions and grated egg.
6. Cook for another 10 minutes and add seasoning.
7. Divide the finished dish in half.
8. Serve with sour cream.
