Instead of traditional sweet donuts, you can make savory ones. You need to make a simple yeast dough with milk. And you can put sausages inside.

Ingredients:

  • sausages
  • milk - 250 ml
  • pressed yeast - 30 g
  • sugar - 1 tbsp
  • salt
  • egg - 1 pc
  • oil - 3 tbsp
  • flour - 500 g

Method of preparation:

1. Knead the dough with the specified ingredients.

2. Put it in a warm place to rise.

3. Cut the sausages into 2-3 cm pieces.

4. Divide the dough into small pieces.

5. Put the sausages in the middle and form balls. Fry in plenty of oil.
