Culinarian Daria shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious spinach pizza with cheese, chickpeas and mushrooms that's made in a pan.

Ingredients:

  • spinach - 100 g
  • chickpeas - 120 g
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • water - 20 ml
  • salt - to taste

Filling:

  • mushrooms
  • cheese
  • brie cheese

Method of preparation:

1. Put the chickpeas in a coffee grinder and grind well until they are flour.

2. Blanch the spinach for 2-3 minutes in boiling water, then strain. In a blender, beat spinach with eggs and salt, add chickpea flour and water and blend until smooth.

3. Grease the frying pan with oil, but you can do it without oil if you have a non-stick frying pan. Place an even layer of batter, fry on medium heat for 4 minutes, then flip over. Place mushrooms, grated hard cheese and Brie cheese. Cover and fry over low heat until cottage cheese is melted.
