If you need to prepare a hearty lunch very quickly, be sure to take lavash. You can wrap anything in it. It is delicious if you put a variety of seasonal vegetables and lean meat. It also turns out to be quite dietary and nutritious.

The idea of making pita bread rolls for lunch was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Valeria Demchuk(mrs.demenchuk). This dish takes only 15 minutes to bake.

Ingredients:

  • chicken fillet - 500 g
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • tomato - 1 pc.
  • zucchini - 1 pc.
  • bell pepper - 1 pc.
  • hard cheese - 100 g
  • sour cream - 3 tbsp
  • pita bread

Method of preparation:

1. Fry the finely chopped onion until transparent.

2. Add the finely chopped fillet and fry for 5 minutes.

3. Add the finely diced zucchini, pepper and tomato.

4. Fry everything together for 8 minutes.

5. Add sour cream, grated cheese, salt/spices as desired, and mix everything.

6. Put the filling on the pita bread and roll it up.

7. Put the rolls in a baking dish.

8. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in a preheated 180-degree oven for 15 minutes.
