Quick and delicious: how to cook lazy cabbage rolls without any problems
Why keep cooking regular stuffed cabbage rolls when it's so much easier and faster to make lazy cabbage rolls? And they turn out just as delicious.
The recipe for these lazy cabbage rolls was shared by food blogger Alex Mil. On his Instagram, he explained how to make lazy cabbage rolls in such a way that they turn out even tastier than usual.
Ingredients
- Minced meat - 600 gr
- Rice - 250 gr
- Onion - 160 gr
- Carrots - 120 g
- Cabbage - 400 g
- Sour cream - 4 tbsp
- Tomato paste - 4 tbsp
- Warm water - 500 ml
- Oil for frying
- Salt
- Pepper
- Parsley
Method of preparation
1.Boil the rice, chop the cabbage, grate the carrots on a fine grater, and chop the onion finely.
2. Pour 2 tbsp of oil into a frying pan and fry the cabbage, onions, and carrots until soft, stirring occasionally, under the lid. About 7-10 minutes.
3. Add the vegetables, rice, minced meat, and herbs to the bowl. Add salt and pepper and knead until smooth.
4. Form the cabbage rolls and place them in the pan. Pour warm water into a bowl, add sour cream and tomato paste, stir and pour over the cabbage rolls to cover them completely.
5. Turn on medium heat and cook with the lid closed for 25-30 minutes.
