Ingredients:

  • pumpkin
  • aromatic herbs
  • garlic
  • olive oil
  • broth/water - 400 ml
  • zest and juice of 1/2 orange\lemon
  • 33% fat cream - 120 ml
  • cream (optional)
  • salt, hot pepper
  • bacon (optional)

Method of preparation:

1. First, peel the pumpkin from the pulp and cut it into medium-sized pieces. Put it in a baking dish.

2. Top with a few cloves of garlic, aromatic herbs, sprinkle with salt and drizzle with olive oil. Bake at 170 degrees for 60 minutes.
