Pickled mushrooms in 10 minutes: can be eaten immediately or stored in jars
Marinated champignons are a delicious, quick-to-prepare home-cooked snack. The main thing is to make a good marinade; the mushrooms can be eaten immediately or preserved for the winter.
A recipe for quick pickled champignons in 10 minutes was published on one of the culinary blogs (recepti_dariko) on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- champignons – 1 kg
- sugar – 2 tbsp
- salt – 2 tbsp
- vegetable oil – 100 ml
- vinegar 9% – 5 tbsp.
- allspice – 20 peas
- bay leaves – 6 pieces
- garlic – 5 cloves
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the mushrooms, leave the small ones whole, cut the large ones in half or into 4 parts.
2. In a saucepan, mix allspice, bay leaves, salt, sugar, garlic, chopped through a press, and oil. Stir well.
3. Pour the mushrooms into a saucepan and put on the fire. Cook for 5 minutes from the moment of boiling.
4. Add vinegar and cook for another 2 minutes.
5. Mushrooms can be eaten immediately or put in jars and stored in the refrigerator.
