American pancakes are very dense and fluffy pancakes that are fried in a pan. You can eat them with your favorite jam, chocolate or topping. Even simple sour cream is great. However, for the products to be perfect, you need to follow a cooking technique.

The idea of making perfect pancakes is published on the Instagram page of food blogger Yulia with the nickname cooking_by_yuliya. The dough is best made with milk.

Ingredients (250 ml glass):

  • 1 cup flour
  • 3/4-1 cup of milk
  • 40 ml of vegetable oil
  • 3 tsp of sugar
  • 1 tbsp. baking powder (without a slide)
  • egg

Method of preparation:

1. Combine everything in a container.

2. Add milk, 3/4 cup at a time.

3. If the mass is too thick, do it all at once.

4. Beat everything with a blender.

5. Fry in a dry frying pan over medium heat.

6. Turn over without waiting for the surface to dry and bubbles to appear.
