Ingredients:
- 250 g almonds
- 125 g icing sugar or starch molasses
- 20 g of rum
- 1 egg white
Method of preparation:
1. Peel the nuts if necessary.
2. Grind in a blender or coffee grinder.
3. Add powdered sugar, syrup, alcohol, egg white.
4. Beat well in a blender to form a homogeneous mass.
5. Make the sausages.
6. Wrap in plastic wrap, then in foil.
7. You can cook without protein, compensating for moisture with alcohol, sugar or nut oil
