Not only on sandwiches: how to bake red fish for a festive table

Red fish is usually used to prepare a variety of simple appetizers for a festive table: sandwiches, canapes, rolls. You can also make a full-fledged main course out of this product. To do this, the fish should be baked in the oven, pre-basting it with flavored oil.

The idea of cooking tender baked red fish for a festive table was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Olha Pins (olya_pins). The dish requires only 5 ingredients.

Ingredients:

  • 400-500 g salmon fillet
  • 50 g of butter
  • lemon
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • salt and pepper

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the fish into portions and place in the baking dish.

2. Melt the butter.

3. Add the zest of one lemon and the juice of half a lemon, chopped garlic.

4. Lubricate the fish with lemon oil.

5. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

6. Bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
