Recipe for zrazy

Ingredients:

  • potatoes - 1 kg
  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • flour - 2-3 pcs.
  • salt, pepper, dried garlic - to taste

stuffing:

  • mushrooms - 500 g
  • suluguni cheese - 150 gr

Method of preparation:

1. Peel potatoes, pour water, and salt, and boil until fully cooked. Drain, mashed potato, and let cool. Add egg, salt, pepper, and dried garlic and mix well, add flour and mix.
