Pate can be made not only from bacon, herring, or liver, but also from mushrooms, which can be spread on sandwiches or used as a filling for tartlets. This appetizer is quite budget-friendly and quick to prepare. It turns out to be very tender and flavorful.

Mushroom pate recipe
Ingredients:
- champignons - 500 g
- carrots - 1 pc
- onion - 1 pc
- cream cheese
- salt
Pate with mushrooms, carrots and onions
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the onion into half rings, grate the carrots. Fry together until soft.
2. Chop and add the mushrooms. Cook until the water has completely evaporated.
3. Put the cooked mushrooms in a blender bowl.

4. Add cream cheese and salt. Beat everything until smooth.
