Ingredients for cupcakes

  • Flour - 250 gr
  • Cocoa - 55 gr
  • Sugar - 250 gr
  • Vanilla sugar - 10 gr
  • Eggs - 3 pcs
  • Vinegar - 1 tbsp
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Milk - 280 ml
  • Oil - 60-70 ml
  • Melted butter - 50 gr
  • Salt - 1 tsp

Ingredients for the glaze

  • Milk or dark chocolate - 80 g
  • Butter - 3 tbsp.

Method of preparation

1. First, turn on the oven and preheat to 180 degrees.

2. In a deep bowl, mix the following: flour, good quality cocoa, sugar, vanilla or vanilla sugar, milk, eggs, apple cider vinegar, baking soda, vegetable oil, melted butter at room temperature, salt.

3. Mix everything well with a mixer, pour into a mold greased with odorless oil.

4. Bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 45-50 minutes.

5. Mix the melted chocolate with the butter and cover the hot cupcake with it.

6. Put it in the refrigerator until the chocolate hardens.
