Minced meat pie without kneading the dough: a reliable recipe for unexpected guests

The recipe for this pie was shared by a food blogger with the nickname zhuravlina_cooking. On Instagram, she also told us how to replace the dough so as not to waste extra time kneading it.
Ingredients for the pie:
- Pita bread – 2 pieces
- Minced meat – 750 gr
- Onions – 3 pcs
- Dry garlic – 1 tsp
- Smoked paprika – 1 tsp
- Salt – 1 tsp
- Provencal or Italian herbs – 1 tsp.
- Black pepper – ½ tsp.
Ingredients for the filling:
- Mozzarella – 200 gr
- Sour cream – 200 gr
- Eggs – 3 pcs
- Salt – 1 tsp
- Italian herbs – 1 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Add finely chopped onion, salt, and spices to the minced meat. Mix thoroughly.
2. Take one pita bread and spread a thin layer of minced meat, then cover with another pita bread. Tightly roll up the roll.
3. Cut the pita bread into portions, equal in thickness, and put it in a baking dish lined with parchment.
4. To make the filling, add eggs, spices, and grated cheese to the sour cream and mix. Spoon the filling onto the pans with a tablespoon.
5. Bake at 180 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Put a layer of grated cheese 10 minutes before it is ready and put it back in the oven.
