Meat with vegetables: how to serve the dish to surprise everyone
Potatoes and various vegetables can be used to make many dishes. All of them, of course, will be delicious and nutritious. However, the appearance of the dish is also important because it, combined with the incredible aroma, arouses appetite and the desire to empty the plate as soon as possible.
The recipe for meat and vegetables was shared by food blogger radostina_ksenia. She posted a recipe on Instagram for a dish served in the form of a boat that will fill the kitchen with a wonderful flavor.
Ingredients
- potatoes - 7 pcs
- pork - 400 gr
- onion - 1 pc
- red bell pepper - 1 pc
- salt
- pepper
- favorite spices
- hard cheese - 200 gr
- dill
- mayonnaise or sour cream - 5 tbsp.
Method of preparation
1. Peel potatoes and cut them into medium-sized cubes.
2. Cut meat into pieces slightly smaller than the potatoes.
3. Cut pepper into slices and onion into rings or halves.
4. Combine all the ingredients in a separate bowl. Add salt, pepper and your favorite spices.
5. Form boats out of foil and fill them with meat and vegetables.
6. Put it in a preheated oven to 200 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
7. Mix grated hard cheese, dill and mayonnaise or sour cream in a separate bowl.
8. 10 minutes before the dish is ready, put the "hat" on the boats and bake.
