Ingredients
- beef or pork - 500 g
- garlic - 2 cloves
- cranberry sauce
- paprika
- salt
- pepper
- baking sleeve
Method of preparation
1. Make cuts in meat on both sides. Rub with spices and add diced garlic.
2. Brush with cranberry sauce and put in the refrigerator to marinate for 2-3 hours.
3. Put the meat in a sleeve and bake at 180° for 40 minutes.
4. Open the sleeve, brush with sauce and bake for another 5 minutes.
